No editing was done to the recording except for the tape flip in "Truckin'". All reel pauses have been left intact.

This is a clean sounding low-generation tape and was a rare one back in the tape trading days (remember those?). I decided to transfer it for myself since this recording has not made it into the digital realm. Hopefully the master reel will surface as this is a great audience recording especially for 1972.

What a difference an audience tape can make! This show really comes to life listen to the band and the audience interact, a crucial dynamic missing from the soundboard counterpart.

If you're looking for an aud from 72 it probably doesn't get much better than this. Listening to Bird right now and its ripping crispy style. I'm downloading.

Subject: pitch problems

i recently downloaded and speed corrected this show. i will upload the corrected file to the archive just as soon as i figure out how to do so.if you are a fan of '72, and who isn't, you will really enjoy this show. so if you are planning on partaking of this particular download, hold off until i get it uploaded unless you plan to speed it up for yourself

Subject: Memories...

This was one of the first GD shows I ever got on tape. As such it had a HUGE influence on me, and is still one of my favorite Dead tapes. Tripped out to this baby many times!
This is definitely from the same source as my old tapes - amazing recording for '72, although it does run slow as noted below (hence 4 stars). Nothing that Cool Edit can't fix :)
